Terms and Conditions — “Bridging the Gap” Online Course
1. Course Overview
“Bridging the Gap” is an online educational program provided by Exodus from Darkness (EFD). By enrolling, participants agree to engage respectfully and responsibly in all course activities.
2. Certificates of Completion
Participants who complete all course sessions and requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Exodus From Darkness (EFD).
This certificate is intended solely as recognition of participation and personal achievement. It does not represent an academic qualification, professional certification, or legally accredited credential. EFD makes no claim or implication that this certificate carries any formal academic, vocational, or governmental recognition.
3. Registration & Payment
Full payment of USD $320.00 is required to confirm your enrollment unless a valid discount code is applied. Payment must be completed before access to course materials is granted.
4. Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase and before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. After the course begins, fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical or administrative error by EFD.
5. Access & Participation
Participants will receive access credentials prior to their session. Course content is for individual use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written consent from EFD.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, written content, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Dr. Daniel Shayesteh and Exodus from Darkness. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Conduct & Respect
This course fosters respectful dialogue and understanding. Participants must engage with kindness, uphold confidentiality, and refrain from discriminatory or disruptive behavior.
8. Technical Requirements
Access requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. EFD is not responsible for participant-side technical issues preventing course access.
9. Course Changes
EFD reserves the right to reschedule sessions, modify content, or replace speakers if necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
10. Privacy
Personal data collected during registration will only be used for course administration and communication, in compliance with data protection regulations. EFD does not share participant information with third parties without consent.
11. Agreement
By checking the box at registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
